InComm - Help with Steam Card Refund
A few days ago, I was told to provide the front and back of the card, the receipt, and the 10 digit serial number. I sent all of these via email two days ago, but I haven't gotten a response. I need to know what will happen and when/how I will get my refund. Thank you.

InComm - Gift cards cannot be used
Rec’d a VanillaGift Visa gift card - confirmed online that it does have a balance. Tried to use it multiple times - declined! Nobody answers at VanillaGift customer service, and nobody at InComm can help.
